Right of Admission

Right of admission is reserved, and all passengers bear the sole risk of injury to their person or loss or damage to their property from whatsoever cause arising, and they acknowledge that they waive and abandon any claim or claims which they may have against the owners, master or crew of the vessel arising from any cause whatsoever including the negligent action or omission of the owners, master or crew of the vessel.” All passengers are required to be in possession of a valid boarding pass/invoice before boarding a vessel. No access will be granted at any time without a boarding pass/invoice.


Travellers can secure top-quality for all their adventures on Praslin on our website at any time thanks to our 24-hour customer service. With a range of activities on offer, our fleet is well-equipped to accommodate varying party sizes.Online reservations require no prepayment to secure the reservation. Once the online reservation has been received, our team will email you formal confirmation of your booking with a voucher stating your specified details and more. The payment /balancefor your activity/excursion/charter is to be settled on the day of activity paid in Euro cash, US Dollars, Seychelles Rupees or via credit card (see payment terms below).

Please note: No Prepayment is required to secure any booking as there are no cancellation fees.


- Kreol Services Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge for pilferage or damage to the vessel and/or its equipment and instrumentation.

- All passengers, once aboard the vessel, fall under the direct authority of the Skipper and vessel owners and undertake to comply with any requests and/or instructions issued to them by such persons.

- Passengers undertake, at all times, to respect the environment and will not intentionally pollute, damage or otherwise harm sea life and the surrounding environment.

Website Terms

The names, trademarks, service marks and logos of Kreol Services appearing on this site may not be used in any advertising or publicity, or otherwise to indicate Kreol Services sponsorship of, or affiliation with, any product or service, without Kreol Services prior express written permission.

Payment Terms

After choosing an activity from our fleet to suit your travelling party, a confirmation email will be sent with all details and costs. The exact amount to be paid will reflect directly on your voucher.

The balance for your charter/excursion is to be settled on the day of activity and can be paid in Euro cash, US Dollars (no bills pre 2011), Seychelles Rupees or via credit card.

Please note: if the remaining balance is settled via credit card, a 3.5% convenience charge will apply only on the outstanding balance.

Excursions from Praslin:

- For all our Group Excursions, the embarkation point is right in front of Café Des Arts Restaurant located right between 2 very famous Hotels on Praslin namely Paradise Sun Hotel and Le Duc Hotel

Praslin – La Digue – Felicity Island

Private Charter (19ft Silver Craft, 24ft Sensation Sun Deck & 33ft IMG)

- The embarkation point is right in front of Café Des Arts Restaurant located right between 2 very famous Hotels on Praslin namely Paradise Sun Hotel and Le Duc Hotel


- As per guests’ needs, we can also embark and disembark at the Ero Ferry Terminal on Praslin Island + various other hotels/guest houses around the island.

- Please note that the option for embarkation/disembarkation close to your hotel/guest house is weather permitting and dependent on the location of your accommodation establishment due to reefs and shallow waters.

Mahe Island

Private Charter (33ft IMG & 36ft Sea Ray Sundancer)

Kreol Services & Adventures offers embarkation for guests who want to travel between islands but embark on Mahe Island. Since our boats are from Praslin a displacement fee of 550 euros will apply. The exact departure location will be either from Eden Island or Marine Charter.

Transfers - Hotel, Guest House or Airbnb Listed Accommodation

Transfers from and to Hotels or Guest Houses can be arranged but at an additional cost.

Insurance Policy Information

Kreol Services & Adventures have all necessary insurance and public liability in place covering our guests and boats.

In case of any bodily injury, whilst onboard any of our boats, clients must report it immediately to the crew onboard wearing a noticeable Kreol Staff / Crew short so that an incident report can be compiled and completed along with your signature. This allows us to provide you with the proper service and assistance required.

Indemnity Policy

1. Release of liability and indemnification agreement

As a participant, as well as for those I am responsible for, in the motorized/non-motorized water based activities offered and conducted by Kreol Services Pty Ltd, I hereby waive, release and discharge Kreol Services Pty Ltd and its respective directors, agents, employees, volunteers and representatives (hereinafter the released parties) from any and all liability for any loss, injury and or damage to persons and or property, including liability arising from any act of negligence or want of ordinary care on the part of the released parties, arising out of or otherwise relating to me and my participation with the motorized water based activities offered by Kreol Services Pty Ltd.

2. Assumption of Risk

Participants in open sea activity are not without risk, which may result in injury or even death. The hazards include risk of injury from the equipment rented, strong seas, thunder and lightning, strong winds, reefs, rocky coasts, ocean currents, exposure, marine life and other people in or on the water. By signing this contract, I hereby represent that I understand the inherent dangers of any of the water sports activities offered by Kreol Services Pty Ltd and am well-aware of the risks involved. I assume all risks of bodily injury or death occurring in connection with my use of any of the equipment or services. I will allow no others to use the equipment, except those whose safety I am responsible for.

I further agree that I will defend, indemnifyand hold harmless the released parties from all claims, demands and causes of action, including court costs and attorney fees arising from any proceedings or lawsuit relating to the subject of this release.

I hereby agreed to allow being photographed and for the photographs to be used for marketing purposes without compensation.

I acknowledge that I have read the release of liability and indemnification agreement, understand its contents, and agree to its terms and conditions. By signing this release of liability, I affirm that I have read and understand the rules for the use and participation of Kreol Services Pty Ltd and agree to comply with them.

Cancellation Policy

 Since there is no prepayment for any charter, excursion or activity we have no cancellation fees.
